These terms govern use of The 10K Club (https://the10kclub.app) and the related iOS app, operated by Kondás Viktor László ev..
The service
The free app provides a digital business card, sharing, and contact tools. An optional lifetime membership is available as a one-time In-App Purchase of USD 999 (or local equivalent). That amount is the total the buyer pays through Apple — we do not add a separate tax on top. Apple is the merchant of record and collects any applicable VAT or similar tax as part of that purchase. Limited to 10,000 issued membership numbers.
Membership is not
- an investment, security, NFT, or financial product
- proof of wealth, income, credentials, or social standing
- a transferable or resalable asset in the current version
- a cash-value instrument
A member number is a service identifier for this club. It does not rank wealth.
Purchases and refunds
Membership is sold only through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple is the merchant of record. Pricing, taxes, and refunds follow Apple’s policies. A refund or chargeback revokes the membership entitlement; the number is not reissued.
Lifetime hosting
“Lifetime” means we intend to host your member identity for as long as the service operates. If the service is discontinued, we will give reasonable notice, allow data export where feasible, and will not invent an additional cash refund beyond platform policy.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, publish unlawful content, abuse the service, or attempt to circumvent membership, verification, or security. We may suspend abusive profiles.
